Volunteers are needed to sell mulligan's to all participants prior to the shot-gun start.
*A mulligan is a chance to take the golf shot over.
Encourage all participants to purchase a mulligan (one mulligan maximum per person)

Volunteers are needed to sell raffle tickets to the participants of the LPGA UYGP Pro-Am. Raffle tickets are sold with the opportunity to win a designated prize or prizes.

Ability to direct traffic from a major roadway. Good communication skills a must. Mature persons needed. 18 years or older.
Volunteers needed to help direct traffic from the entrance to the course and to the bag drop area. Volunteers needed to direct traffic in an orderly manner and ensure that all cars make it to their designated parking area.
Help direct traffic in an efficient manner toward Bag Drop area
Ensure that participants park in designated areas
Ability to communicate well with others. Mature attitude & must be at least 18 years old.
We will train you the day of the event.
Volunteers are needed to assist at the bag drop area prior to the LPGA UYGP Pro-Am. .
Identify arriving participants and notify personnel at bag tag station
Remove golf bags from vehicle and transport to the Bag Drop staging area
Match Bag Tags to appropriate bag at bag staging area AFTER participant signs in
Ability to communicate well with others. Good organizational skills a plus. Willing to move golf bags with clubs to and from bag staging areas.
Volunteers needed to assist with the bag drop area during the LPGA UYGP Pro-AM.
Place “Tagged” Bag on cart and transport to starting area, then return to Bag Drop to staging area to transport additional bags.

Make sure golf cart seats are wiped off and place any sponsor’s cart signs and other information on the steering wheel
Triple check to make sure that the Bag Tag number corresponds to the cart number
Volunteers are needed to help with our Silent Auction fundraiser during the LPGA UYGP Silent Auction. This event helps raise revenue for our non-profit organization. Two shifts are available for this event.
Set up silent auction tables
Monitor the auction items & answer any questions
Ensure that all items never leave the table and are not left unattended.
Collect checks or cash from winners at the end of the silent auction; checks made payable to LPGA Urban Youth Golf Program

Volunteers needed to assist participants in finding a place to practice and to assist in getting all participants off the range for announcements and start of tournament.

Volunteers are needed to help clean up carts and return them to their staging area after the Pro-Am participants arrive from the course. This volunteer position is in the afternoon.
Remove trash from carts and then return them to the cart staging area

Remove Cart Sponsor signage and all left over personal items and return to the Director
