Volunteers are needed to sell mulligan’s to the participants of the LPGA UYGP Women’s Tournament. *A mulligan is a chance to take the golf shot over
Encourage all participants of the LPGA UYGP Women’s Tournament to purchase a mulligan (one mulligan maximum per person).

Volunteers are needed to help direct traffic from the entrance to the course and to the bag drop area. Volunteers are also needed to direct traffic in an orderly manner and ensure that all cars make it to their designated parking area.
Help direct traffic toward Bag Drop area in an efficient manner
Ensure that participants park in designated areas
Ability to communicate well with others. Mature attitude and must be at least 18 years old.
We will train you the day of the event.
Volunteers are needed to assist at the bag drop area prior to the LPGA UYGP Women’s Amateur Tournament.
Identify arriving participants and notify personnel at the bag tag station
Remove golf bags from vehicle and transport to the Bag Drop staging area
Match Bag Tags to appropriate bag at bag staging area AFTER participant signs in

Ability to communicate well with others. Good organizational skills a plus. Willing to move golf bags with clubs to and from bag staging areas.
Volunteers are needed to assist with the cart staging area during the LPGA UYGP Women’s Amateur Tournament.
Place “Tagged” bag on cart and transport to starting area, then return to Bag Drop to staging area to transport additional bags.

Volunteers are needed to help with our Silent Auction fundraiser during the LPGA UYGP Silent Auction. This event helps raise revenue for our non-profit organization. Two shifts are available for this event.
Set up silent auction tables
Monitor the auction items & answer any questions
Ensure that all items are never left unattended
Collect checks or cash from winners at the end of the silent auction; checks made payable to LPGA Urban Youth Golf Program

Volunteers are needed to monitor the distribution of doughnuts to volunteers.

Volunteers are needed to assist participants in finding a place to practice and to assist in getting all participants off the range for announcements and start of tournament.
Assist the participants in finding sufficient room to utilize the driving range keeping safety in mind.

Volunteers are needed to help clean up carts and return them to their staging area after the Women’s Tournament participants arrive from the course. This volunteer position is in the afternoon.
Remove trash from carts and then return them to the cart staging area
Return carts to the original staging area after Pro-Am participants arrive from the course
Remove Cart Sponsor signage and all left over personal items and return to the Director
Ability to communicate well with others. Good organizational skills a plus. Must hold a valid drivers license. No one will be able to drive the golf carts without this!

Volunteers are needed to help remove participants bags from their cart and assist them, if needed, to their car.
If necessary, remove bags from returning carts
Assist participants with their bags to their cars
